Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Naslabs platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Naslabs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, suppliers, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Naslabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal or business purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Naslabs.
3. Supplier Accounts
When you create a supplier account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Naslabs reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion. Supplier approval is subject to review by the Naslabs team. Approved suppliers may list products on the Platform subject to our Product Listing Guidelines.
4. Products and Listings
Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Naslabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any product listing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, is inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate. Naslabs takes a 10% commission on all completed transactions. Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Naslabs and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Naslabs. Suppliers retain ownership of their product content and grant Naslabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote their listings on the Platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Naslabs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naslabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform, any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, or unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Naslabs reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
